I think the sunbeam heat pad is pretty good it runs on electricity.
I have just started using a normal hot water bottle when I go to sleep. When the hot water bottle is horozontal it seems to cover both boobs maybe because I'm small but yeah it's good, cos it doesn't cost much and you should be able to find it in a convenient store.
I like hugging it like a teddy bear, for some reason the warmth and being able to hug something to sleep makes me smile, be happy and helps me think more positively and imagine how I want my boobs to look like compared to when I don't use it.
