New to NBE - a few questions

Hi everyone. I'm new to NBE. I visited this site a few months ago and decided I needed to come back when I am really committed to following through. As a single mom of three little boys, it's difficult to add something else to the daily agenda. However, I also know that doing something for myself will be good for everyone in the long run. So here I am.

A brief overview:

35-year old
African American
Before children 32 A
All three children were breastfed
I am now a 32 AAA
my breasts are ptotic (saggy) with very little volume and my nipples are elongated and point downwards
Height 5' 7 3/4"
Weight 117 lbs
High Metabolism
Located in Northeast Metro Atlanta

I am going to start with massages while I research more and develop my own program.

Questions:
As it better to use some type of cream and/or oil while massaging?
Can I start massaging w/o those products?
Where are the before and after pictures located?

Any assistance and advice is greatly appreciated!

Thnx, Cleo
xoxo

Hi cleo!
Welcome to the forum.
You can definitely start massaging without any specialised cream for NBE. I think it is easier though to massage using some sort of massage oil.
Before choosing what type of cream/oil you want to use for NBE you should probably check your hormonal balance. Waxingmoon created a nice post in the newcommers section: http://www.network54.com/Forum/522223/thread/1215963710/last-1238183422/Estrogen+Dominance+and+Deficiency+symptom+list...

To get to the before and after pictures, click on "Return to main menu" which is at the top right of this forum, you should be brought here: http://www.breastnexus.com/ , then under resources you should see "Personal Picture Pages", click on that and you should be brought here: http://www.breastnexus.com/picture_pages.html

Good luck!
