I've given up the FG,SP, RC routine and am about to start the program you outlined in the "start now. do what works" thread. I'm taking a 1 cycle break also.
Anything I should add to the routine given that I'm 48? I will be taking gelatin, GABA and dandelion root as well.
Also I noticed that Surf and Jelly, also in their 40s, had very quick growth. It took me 4 months to get 1/2". At the time I was using Grobust, which has very little of the herbs.
Should I expect such quick results as these 2 ladies? In other words, how do I know to change my program? I had soreness and tingles when I was doing the FG, SP, RC routine, but NO growth. Measurements can be very inaccurate and I can get a difference of 1/2" minutes apart. Please please help!!

No, everything you have listed looks good. In fact, your original program looks good if you had gotten rid of the red clover. Everything you are doing looks well thought out, and BTW that is another characteristic of those who do well.
Growbust does not have enough of anything to make a real difference. It does have some good things in it, but it completely missing fenugreek.
As far as quick results, don't expect quick results. The best thing to do is to expect what they expected. I don't know what that was, but hopefully the emphasis was on their resolve and determination to figure out what worked for them and then go at that rate.
When you have vast differences in measuring you can go one of two ways. Don't use a tape - just use bra sizes. Buy the next one up and when you fill it you have measured using the most practical method. Another thing to do is to measure in a more detailed way. Measure using horizontal and vertical measurements on each breast rather than the usual bust measurement. So you are going from outer edge to sternum for each side. Then clavicle to nipple, then nipple to lower edge or crease. This will be a more detailed approach and will show very clearly the usual order of growth which is that the bottoms fill in first then the outsides then the insides and the tops last. Watchout for measuring too frequently. You could drive yourself crazy.
Thanks for being so patient for my answer. Life has been like juggling meat cleavers with oily hands in the dark on a merry go round for the past few weeks.
Thanks, Wahaika, for taking the time out of your hectic schedule to answer. I really appreciate that.
What I was referring to w Jelly and Surf's programs is that they got about 1 1/2 - 2 inches of growth within 1 month. I have grown much slower than that using like you said, an inferior product (Grobust). That amount of growth seems unusual , so I was wondering what would be more reasonable to expect? At what point do I say I need to go up in dosages? I had growing pains throughout the time I used RC and nothing stayed w me, so growing pains may not be a good indicator for me. Would, say, 1/2" growth in a month good enough or do dosages need to be adjusted upwards?
btw...Grobust liquid does have FG. The tablets do not.
I did my best on their liquid - so at least, I've learned that FG will work for me..
1/2" growth in a month is very good as long as you can sustain it. It is possible that you could go faster, but a half inch in a month, that you kept, is still very good.
I think surf's program would be great for you. The amounts might be a little different, but you seem to have a good handle on it. I have been reading that some women are really having success with MSM so you might check that out also.
