I am doing NBE since Sept 2008.
I have grown a little and have kept it.
I have now started P Mirifica. One after breakfast Two after Dinner.
I do Borage Oil, Fish Oil, Multivitamin,Massage & Noogleberry.

My nipples keep changing size.
They go from Microscopic to a bigger size all day long they do this. Also color changes as well.
What is going on?
This has been going on for about two weeks. I started Mirifica june 1 2009.

They change every day??? Now that's weird. Mine have grown and I think it'd normal to change color as well, but to keep chaning every day, I've never heard of such a thing. I think it will probably stop when you stop PM.

The only thing I can think is that your nipples are contracting and relaxing. It may or may not have anything to do with herbs and may be related to massage or Noogle. I think it may be Noogleberry since with this you would have a change in breast size throughout the day due to decreasing swelling. This somehow stimulates your nipple area and causes it to contract periodically.

Either that or you nipples are now speaking to you in code. See if you can record the micro versus large pattern and perhaps we can break the breast code. Perhaps with your help we will finally understand what our breasts really want... lol.

After I read that I can't stop cracking up. I actually went to the bathroom lifted my blouse and said what are you trying to say now.

When I went through puberty (which I didn't) my nipples didn't grow either. During preganancy they increased a little. Milk did not fill in my breasts. I was still FL-T. I believe now they are finally beginning to expand which might mean the breast itself might follow. They shrink during the night because I do my Noogle before bed and massage before bed. During Mid day they begin to expand and get pinker and more plump. I have grown about 1/2 an inch since I first started but its just rounder around the breast part not coming from the center. Like where the domes hit on the noogle part. But by evening they get smaller than I have ever seen in my life almost microscopic.

I am kind of worried about the sensitivity of them. Is that being affected?

My left nipple which was underdeveloped grew and also became more sensitive.
