Has anyone experienced extra cellulite with NBE? Nivea has one with L-Carnitine just wondering if that's bad for Nbe. Or does anyone know what to take for cellulite while on NBE?
I have the same question. I heard of a cellulite cream that says it metabolizes fat into energy with L carnitine. I'm kind of hesitant to take because I don't want it to also metabolize the fat in my breasts - though I will only put the cream on my thighs. Does anyone know about L carnitine for NBE?
Yes. I got cellulite from NBE. Not sure if it was the SP or FG, but I never had it before.
Great question, I'd be worried too about it undoing the breast growth. Have you tried dry brushing? I've just started and it does help. also, more cardio work helps too.
If L-carnitine really metabolizes fat, then I'm sure you'll lose breast fat if you ingest it but I don't think it'll have any effect on the boobs if you apply it topically on your thighs...
