New here and excited!

First I need to say: WOW. I'll try to post without rambling. I stumbled upon this forum and have been reading and reading and reading. Truly an amazing community you have here, and I am excited to become a part of it. I will absolutely continue to explore and peruse old topics because the idea of NBE totally fascinates me.

Some background. I'm almost 28, married and the mother of two. Since having children I've noticed a change in my hair, as well as my mood and other things. I was actually doing a search for vitamins, stumbled upon the BRAVA machine and started researching that. As I was Googling away, I searched for a forum and found this lovely site. BINGO! In my astonishment and amazement I ended up spending hours on here just in the last couple of days. I had no idea NBE existed.

Like many of you have shared, I too have a small chest which has negatively affected my self-esteem and confidence for as long as I can remember. My husband says he loves my chest, but he's not me. :) My bras are 34A but I really have no idea what my boobs actually measure. I would love to gain a cup size, and would be even more thrilled if I got better results!

After some changes in my life (transitioning from working outside the home to working at home) I have noticed a change in my mood and depression-like issues, especially because I'm trying to manage a household with two small children, work, and be a wife and mother. Anyway...I knew something was "wrong" with me so I checked into a doctor that deals with HRT as I know many women that have gone to him and had good results. My estrodial, DHEA, testosterone, and progesterone levels were checked, and I was completely out of whack (very low in all areas), which honestly came as no surprise. After the first three months of being on my hormones my levels were tested and they went DOWN. So weird and frustrating. I was prescribed new doses and after taking those for a few weeks I quit them completely. I can't afford to pay $80/month for something that's not helping me. (I wanted to share that part because I've read that hormone imbalance may affect NBE.) Now that I've been off of the hormones for a few weeks I actually feel better now than I did before I started on them. Again, very strange.

So, because I was completely confused by the individual herbs and dosages, I am wanting to purchase Wonderup as soon as I have money in my Paypal account. I am also going to find some cocoa butter cream and start doing the boobie rub. I actually started that when I took a hot bath this morning. :)

I apologize for rambling on, but I thought it might give you a more accurate picture of what's been going on physiologically in case you have any suggestions or advice.

Thank you so much for having this site available. Without stumbling upon it the other day I never would have known NBE existed. I started to find so much information that I opened a Word document to copy and paste the links so that I can go back and refer to them. I was also going to go to the library and check out the book that explained the herbs and dosages (but I can't remember the name of it right now).

Any advice, comments, feedback, etc., would be appreciated.

I forgot to mention that I'm about 5'6" and 125 pounds, actively working on trying to lose 10 more pounds to get down to my pre-baby weight, if possible.

Hi and welcome! Yes,starting massage is a good idea. They say cocoa butter is good to do this with.I use it for my mid-day massage. Also apply heat after your massage at night, either with a heating pad on low setting or some other form of heat. This gets circulation going, and I have also read an article that was posted here a couple of weeks back about heat applied will actually induce breast growth over time,as well as massage.Definately herbs will help speed things along and WU is a good choice. There have been quite a few on here that have had/are having great results with it.Positive thoughts and knowing you WILL be successful go a long way, too.Don't worry about long posts......you ought to see some of my past ones!
Good luck and happy growing wishes to you!

Hi Welcome!!

My advice is fully explore this site. You don't need to rush to decide on a plan tomorrow.
I spent a lot of time to go through different pages before deciding which combination of methods suit my situation and my body type best. That way you can avoid investing money on products before finding a page that reveals a piece of info that makes you want to change your program.

Have fun!!

Thank you, ladies.

I will continue to research the site. I'm saving up money for this anyway. I don't buy anything unless I have the cash for it. (Lesson learned the hard way). I live in somewhat of a rural area, so I'm thinking of the Wonderup first just because it's got all the stuff in it, can be shipped directly to me, and so many people have had success. I think I'll buy the 3-month supply, and then depending on how that goes, either order more or find a different program.

I do have a GNC close, but have never stepped foot in one!

I apologize that I keep posting in my own thread, but I don't want to keep starting new topics.

I keep the NBE forum open all day and search pretty much every time I'm sitting at my desk (trust me, it's a lot). The more I read the more confused I get.

I was going to start with Wonderup because of the success rate. I've read a lot of good things about PM as well. I also stumbled across Bella's site tonight, but her prices are a bit high for me.

I know that programs are very individualized, and yes I tend to over-analyze everything, but can a more-seasoned NBE-er shed any light on a direction for this NBE-newbie?

TIA

Have you done the hormonal imbalance test yet? If you're not progesterone defficient then WU would be ok for you, so would PM. There are many options in NBE, you first have to figure out which type of program you need (estrgenic, progesteronic) and then just decide what to try first. You could look into complementary methods and supplements that lots of women use in addition to herbs and massage for a more thorough and intensive NBE, like suction, magnets, MSM, boobie foods, visualisation/hyponosis etc.

I tried the hormone test online, but I don't know if I actually "qualify" on checking some of those things.

My lab results (blood) from January: Estrodial 59 pg/mL (suggested 100-150); Progesterone 4.3 ng/mL (suggested 3-10); DHEA 229 mcg/dL (suggested 35-430, more towards 430); Testosterone 41 ng/dL (suggested 63-120, more towards 120). I was given the HRT for three months, in which DHEAS, Progesterone, Testosterone were all given to me either in a lozenge or progesterone capsule.

This round, after three months, was taken on day 21 of my cycle. These were results from April: Estrodial 67 pg/mL; Progesterone 1.1 ng/mL; DHEA 552 mcg/dL; Testosterone 39 ng/dL. I was given a new prescription to adjust the dosages in my lozenges/capsules, but I stopped taking it two weeks ago. As mentioned above, I was not feeling better at all and can't afford to pay $80/month for not feeling better.

Quite honestly, I'm still studying all of the deficiencies and stuff to make sense of what my numbers would suggest I could use for NBE.

Did you have the second test after you stoped HRT? How long after? Your second results are worse than first. Before you were ok to borderline on progesterone but now I think you are too progesterone deficient for WU and PM. If the test was shortly after stopping HRT it's possible that your balance will or already has got a little better on its own since, but hard to say. I guess you should consider your symptoms (most reliable one being PMS) to ealuate how bad your PD is right now.

Thanks, Moon.

Do you want to know the sad thing? The second tests were after I had been ON the HRT for three months. That's why I was so disappointed. After TAKING the HRT for that long, my levels went DOWN.

I stopped taking the HRT (my own decision) early in May. I feel much better (physically/mentally/emotionally), just knowing what I felt like before and my reasons for wanting to get on them. I'm hoping that means my levels are going back to something normal.

I was thinking of trying Vitex before doing WU.
