Hi Glamma,
I would recommend taking vitamin C as well as increasing your protein in order to assist your body in making its own progesterone. Progesterone is used by the body to make many other hormones so having an adequate supply is essential to hormone balance.
The multivitamin you take is also a good idea. If you have strong estrogen dominance symptoms then I recommend taking a tablespoon of crushed flaxseed daily. Flaxseed is a lignan - a low dose phytoestrogen- which can help lower total body estrogen and combat estrogen dominance symptoms.
Conversely, if you have some symptoms of low estrogen as well as low progesterone then I recommend taking fennel during the first half of your cycle to help support your estrogen levels.
