Jumpstarting Growth?

Now that I have gotten a pretty good idea of what my diet needs to be I was wondering a few key questions that I know one of you ladies will have the answer to.

1-anyone of you estrogen dominant with acne etc and what have you done to start your nbe process?

2-it seems as though when i read through these posts, most of them are saying that either they gain weight or get cellulite..how can I avoid this..ESP CELLULITE

3- is it too late for me to see a significant change in breast size? I know most of you will say its not but what if im past my time..in other words, there is only one puberty and maybe my breasts are the biggests they CAN be?

4- Is it still ok to lose weight and exercize while on NBE?

5-is there anything i should know regarding specific time of day OR month and how much and which of each herb to take??



Im coming up with a tentative regimen but not sure..tell me what you all think of it or if it even makes sense.

Im gonna concentrate on protein since I have the theory that my breasts didnt grow enough cuz i didnt have enough protein(even though I had to have eaten something for my butt to grow this big lol)

from what Ive learned about estrogen dominance here is what I conclude

Whey protein shake
soy lecithin
flaxseed oil
multivitamin
premcal(to regulate pms?)
fenugreek
fennel?
Progesterone cream or wild yam
l tyrosine
insulin growth factor

and something to get my PROLACTIN working but dont know what it is.

and maybe add massages here and there?

You have some good questions that many of us women have wondered about. The information is out there to answer your questions, but you might be searching for what feels like forever. I will try to help with what I can.

1-anyone of you estrogen dominant with acne etc and what have you done to start your nbe process? ~~ (I believe I am estrogen dominant but I have had no history of acne, only here and there and one bout recently) From what I've read some women have started by doing a liver cleanse. You have to decide if that is something you want to do. The best way to start is by ramping up on your herbs. I'm sorry I can't give you a more detailed response on this one. (I would think with the acne you might want to read about androgens)~~

2-it seems as though when i read through these posts, most of them are saying that either they gain weight or get cellulite..how can I avoid this..ESP CELLULITE ~~ from what I understand cellulite can be increased by using the estrogenic herbs. From my own experience I had gained cellulite from using saw palmetto. I am using it now but am not having any cellulite problems. I have seen women substitute stinging nettle (root-not the leaf) and pumpkin seed oil for saw palmetto. Some women have also had success using skin brushing as a way to reduce cellulite.~~

~~ There are women of different ages who have tried NBE with success at different ages. You just have to find what works for you, which can be a long process.

4- Is it still ok to lose weight and exercize while on NBE? ~~It's generally a good idea to get down to the weight you want before beginning an NBE routine. I would think though that if you have not been exercising and you would like to begin exercising while on NBE then that's great! I would think you would want to take it slow though. The breast is usually the first place you loose from while loosing weight. ~~

and something to get my PROLACTIN working but dont know what it is. ~~massage works to stimulate prolactin. I had also read somewhere on the internet some info about GABA, there was a graph that linked it to increased prolactin. GABA is recomended for women over 30 and is best taken at night right before going to sleep. ~~

and maybe add massages here and there? ~~ as above, massage helps with prolactin, also with increasing the blood flow to the area. There are some detailed massage routines in the massage section that is very helpful.

~I hope you find what works best for you. I can't say I hold the most knowledge on this subject,I know it can be confusing. There is a lot of great information available.
