Has your stomach been continuously hurting since you have started Wonderup?? I know my stomach gets upset really easily. I started Wonderup and my stomach hurt at first, so I lowered the dosage (1 pill 3xday) and then ramped it up to the recommended 2pills 3xday. My stomach no longer hurts :) Something in Wonderup may not agree with you, or it could be something else, have you changed your diet? Are you stressed? etc...

Hi are you taking the pills with food? this is sometimes good if you have a more sensitive stomach. I think the herbs are usually better absorbed if not taken with food but in your case i would def recommend taking with food, if your not already.
hope you feel better!

hey tinker-bell bell

I'm experiencing the same thang.. my stomach has been creating a few problems for me with the pills and such. For me its not about the retention its just that I'm so nauseous almost every day, i hope it has nothing to do with bad side effects but I'm sure it's just a sign of our bodies acquiring the bacteria and resistance to new "foods".

yayy , I'm not the only one with a hurt belly ;P

Hi,

I experienced similar problems when I first started wonderup.
I realized it was gas and so, taking tums helped....

Now my body is used to it, so I don't have to take anything for my stomach.

Hope this helps!
