I am new to the forum. I am 30 years old, a mother to 3 young children and very unhappy with my figure. I am verys lim (6 stone 8lbs) and a petite 5ft tall. My bra size is 32AA and I feel so depressed about it but too scared to have an operation to have them enlarged.
My mother is not small, she is a C cup but my sisters are both A cups and slim aswell, they are bigger than me though.
Can anyone offer me any advice? at my age though is it far too late for them to grow? My GP has suggested taking the contraceptive pill (loestrin 20) because I have endometreosis so very painful periods but I am a little scared to take it. He seems to think it may help my breast growth. Could this happen on the pill?
hi yeah breast growth can occur through taking birth control pills but it varies from woman to woman. It will probably also make your periods alot better so might be worth a try.
As for growing through NBE putting on weight will help alot however i know some women find this hard to do. Or you could try eating boobie foods, massage, or a commercial product like wonderup, another option is to create your own routine using individual herbs. What you do really depends on your situation, e.g money, time etc and no your not to old!!
What kind of option were you thinking of?

hi, sorry whats Dvt?
well im on microgynon pill and have been now for 6 years and its great my periods are pain free and short and im regular to the day which i love.I can also decide if i want a period or not which is really good especially if im due on, on holiday or something like that.
hmm i would say a mixture of massage, boobie food and heat for you as its all natural and cheap! and then if that doesnt work you could always try one of the suction devices as a back up plan?
I think it is great that you don't want to take a pill. Yes, deep leg thrombosis is definitely something to be afraid of.
Here is something you may want to check out regarding endometriosis:

There are many methods of NBE that do not involve tampering with your hormones. Check out the main page topics on massage, hypnosis and suction method.
heres a link to the boobie foods

I really cant say if its helped because i was 16 when i started the pill so was a long time ago and i was still probably growing then anyway.
After massage alot of women apply heat to the area via heating pads or hot water bottles! I think it helps to stimulate your breasts and helps increase the blood flow to that area :)
I was really scared about DVT too before I started the pill....waited for years...but the anxiety about taking it just got worse (especially after my last child). Since I started taking it the anxiety has slowly gone away about the DVT. So, for me, anyways, all the worry about DVT was just anxiety caused by a major hormone imbalance.
Is there a reason you worry about DVT? Blood clots run in your family? They do in mine but like I said....I really have no worry about it now.
I agree that birth control isn't always the best, but sometimes the benefits of it are SOOO much better than the risks.
I haven't grown since starting mine...been on it almost 4 months but I've haven't felt this good in years. I'm calm and worry a lot less...not to mention the lack of cramps and even PMS. So it's worth it. Don't get on it if you are just wanting one to help you grow though.
Which pill are you on if you don't mind me asking?
No DVTs don't run in my family at all, I am petite and don't smoke so my GP says i am not even a candidate for a DVT so he can't understand my fear.
I get awful pain and bleeding, I take to bed for 2 days of the month and ovulation is just as bad, its awful.I am going on holiday to Spain tuesday and my period is due when i am away:-(
I'm on Yasmin. I don't mind sharing. I read a lot of information on it online, so many horror stories from it...it scared me even more...but then, I had another period where it felt like I was going into shock (almost had hubby take me to the emergency room) because of blood loss and I just couldn't hold off anymore. I had horrible ovulation too...in bed for a day because of cramps then, barely able to walk. I also had the horrible cramps during my period, with super heavy bleeding and such. I have less cramps now (advil is enough to take care of them), a lot less anxiety, and the only days I can't stand myself are when I'm off the non-hormone pills. My GYN gave me the option of taking them continuously, no break.
If you are really worried about the DVT, you could try the Yaz...it has less estrogen in it. I can't use low estrogen BCP...makes me worse.
