Hi all
Hope you're all well. I am going abroad on holiday for a week and am wondering what to do about taking all my herbs - i think that taking all of the various jars will take up too much room in my case, taking them in a plastic bag isn't possible because i wouldn't be able to tell which is which for dosage (many of them look the same!) what would you do - anyone got any suggestions please?

Maybe this will help-----take a pill box with you already filled w/the herbs/vitamins/supplements you take.I do this even while at home.You can get pill boxes w/slots for A.M. and P.M. doses.Hope that helped.

Thanks Mel, that's a good idea. At home i separate my am/pm herbs into little containers so your suggestion makes sense!
