I started taking fenugreek 2 pills at 610mgs twice a day. Forgetting that I should have started low before ramping up. Been doing this for 2 weeks.

Should I cut down to 1 pill twice a day so my body can get used to it or should I continue with 2 pills twice a day?

i dont think 2 fenugreek is too much i think 3 at the same time would have been but thats not in your case since you just started on 2 its ok
