i am so happy right now because after seeing me topless this morning my boyfriend said to me "i think your boobs are getting bigger. they look really nice." i just said "yeah i think you're right" casually but i wanted to jump for joy! i have only been doing nbe for about three weeks and i have noticed a difference (a week ago i measured 2 cm growth), but to know that it's not just me (or that i'm measuring wrong) and that it's noticeable to others is such a huge affirmation. i just wanted to say a special thank you to double ace because i really feel like my growth started once i got more into the mental aspect of nbe. what your mind can conceive, you truly can achieve. and i want to thank her so much for reminding me of that and constantly being so positive and informative. double ace, you are the star of this forum right now. thank you so much!

also just in case anyone is wondering this is my routine:
3 pills of beauti-full per day. (one before with each meal)
massage with lotion for 5-10 min at least once a day (i use different lotions a lot, but mostly just unscented jergens with vitamin e)
20 min of listening to hypnosis tapes (i try to do this everyday but i am so busy i usually do it once every two or three days)
water labeling (whenever i drink water, i label it with big breasts and visualize the water helping my breasts to grow)
at least one glass of soy milk daily, but i try to get as much protein as possible
eating lots of peanuts (more protein and fat too)

on top of that i try not to measure or look at my boobs in the mirror too much, but whenever i do i close my eyes and visualize them as c cups for several minutes. in fact, i usually try and do this whenever i think of my boobs at all

also, read about the law of attraction daily to remind myself of it's importance. and i really enjoy reading double ace's posts and watching the videos she puts up. they're great!
