| Hi there,
I'm new on this. I have been reading you for a long time but... you know, it is a little hard to start. The thing is that I would like to start in nbe just by doing some massages with a cream but... I'm not sure what's the right for me.
I thing I belong to the SYMPTOM GROUP 3: Excess estrogen, since I ticked four of the choices in the test. Which kind of cream may I use?
Thanks a lot!
I'm thinking about buying a massager for my breast, since I'm really bad at doing it by myself. Which one do you recomend? In ebay I have seen different ones. Have you tried any of them?
I'm 28 years old and I donīt want to make any surgery operation. I have no children yet and my mother always tell me that when she had my sister and me, her breast enlarged and I would like to wait until I have a baby to think about it. And I have read about some new medical system to enlarger the breasts without surgery, but they are still under investigation. I donīt like the idea of having a strange object inside of me.
Well, thanks in advance! And I'm not an English speaking person, so, excuse me for English! |

Hi Yo,
There is a great amount of information on massage on the main page. There is a massage forum and you can see how they have used the techniques and what oils/herbs they have used.
http://www.network54.com/Forum/566332/
There is also another section that talks about various techniques. Look for Massage Techniques on the main page and you will see several links.
Check out Tigerlily and Fengshui's program pages as they were very successful with massage.
Best wishes,
