AM
1 Glass of Soya Milk
Fenugreek 550 mg
Nettle 400mg
Wild Yam 400mg
10 min Massage with Bio-Bust herbal cream
PM
Fenugreek 550 mg
Nettle 400mg
Wild Yam 400mg
10 min Massage with Bio-Bust herbal cream
However I am currently on the Microgynon contraceptive and would like to know if there are any complications while taking both?
