I wanted to ask you girls as a sort of educational survey where we tend to gain weight so that we can all learn.

do you have any known hormonal imbalance issues? the doctors says I do not but I believe, from reading posts on this forum, that i have too much estrogen which causes a rise in testosterone therby giving me sudden acne and menstrual pains.
what is your diet like? I love carbs veggies and fruit seafood and not too big on eating meat but def trying to change that for NBE
I tend to gain in my butt and my upper legs.When I lose weight,and if I lose too much,you can see my hipbones.That's when it is sudden and I know I have got to put on weight.My face,too.It is filled out nicely now,I'm back up to 126 from 112.I am really happy about this because it is idea for me.I mainly get my curves and muscle back.My breasts get a little rounder,but don't grow when I gain weight,but that will be the first damn place I lose! Go figure.Anyhow,my breasts are still growing and they did even grow when I lost weight,thanks to the help on here.
My diet has not been great lately because I hurt my back at work and am off and going through physical therapy.Generally,it is balanced.I am not super health food,but if I fix Hamburger Helper,I will then fix brussell sprouts,corn,etc. with it.I am hypoglycemic,so I do try to eat mostly wheat bread,but I do love my biscuits and gravy.I generally eat a lot of fruit.I constantly snack on cheddar cheese and green grapes.I have not been able to really fix what I like right now,it has been fast food for most of the 2 weeks.I'm in pain.Southern cooking----beans and cornbread,mashed potatoes,dumplings,etc.Not a lot of sweets at all.But,I do indulge in spurts of my homeade cheesecake.It's heaven in a bite.We generally eat red meat about twice a week-----hubby has gout.I also fix a lot of pork and we love salmon steaks.We have salads about 3-4 times a week with our meals.I usually only fix rolls on occasion,mostly at holidays.My husband can't have wheat bread or rolls either because that will flare up his gout.We do eat a lot of tuna.It's cheap,so I really love it.Spaghetti every now and then.I guess I have a variety there,but hope this helps you some.

have you always been this way and if not when did it change? started noticing when i was about 18 and its got bigger as ive put on a bit more weight
do you have any known hormonal imbalance issues? not that i know of, im on BCP microgynon
what is your diet like? bad! at least 2 take aways a week if not 3, only recently started drinking water for the first time in my life. Saying that i have quite a varied diet as i like EVERYTHING. Never drank coffee and dont drink alcohol much

have you always been this way and if not when did it change? I think I have been, but Ive always been really petite. My weight tends to stay in the 105lbs-110lbs range. Ive only ever really gained weight once, when I lived in spain for 3 months, I gained weight I went up to 120lbs and it all went to my bum, arms and face. I quickly lost it though as soon as I left Spain. (haha my relatives would feed me until I felt like exploading)

what is your diet like? I am vegetarian, so lots of vegatables. I feel that I eat fairly healthy.

I don't recall how i gained weight before because i never did until i decided to because i was very skinny.
eating habits: low carb diet + carb blockers(noticed the weight gain is from carbs)
