Hi everyone, hope you are all well and growing lol. Ive had a really good experience today regarding my boobs lol. I actually shown my boobs to 2 off my female friends today and the response i got was "OMG you have real boobs, they are bigger than mine im jelous" and my second friend was silent and said she was gobsmacked. Now this really made me feel good about my breasts even though they are sagging a little as they grow and boy have they grown lol. The last 4 weeks my boobs have gone crazy and changed and grew so much, i havent changed my routine after my break so im not sure why, but im not complaining lol. So i just thought id update everyone and thankyou all for your support and advice. Just a quick question though, is there anyway i can still use NBE but just to maintain size and not grow any larger. I think im big enough now to be honest but i dont want to stop incase i loose my development, so any help would be appriciated. Thanks everyone. xxx

congratulations it's nice to hear about peoples success! I'm not sure what you do to keep growth but I'm pretty sure it has alot to do with how long you've been on your progrM and nbe in general. How long have you been on your routine? When did you see results. If it were me I'd continue for at least three months after to make sure I kept the growth. Good luck!
Congrats Cheryl, that's so good to hear! I don't know exactly what you use (was it BO?) maybe you can check with others who have followed a program similar to yours to see how they maintained their size but not grow anymore. Also, I think in your case you might need longer maintenance (a woman's body naturally has the hormones to maintain the shape I would think, a man's doesn't)
