I was rereading some of the threads on herbs and when i read the thread "all about wild yam" started by sunset, either i didn't notice before or the info kicked in this time, but it stated that fenugreek and EPO should not be taken together due to this may keep the body from clotting blood properly. is this true? is it common? Should these two herbs NOT be taken together? I have been taking both for about a month, but now i am concerned. Anyone?
Hm, really?? IDK about all that. I didn't hear any warnings from anybody else. There's plenty of people that take them together, me included. I just heard about circulation improvement with EPO...maybe if you have a blood condition you shouldn't take it.
The GLA in EPO and Borage oil keep platelets from clumping together. If you have high platelets this is a good thing to do. It is not that bad. You don't become a hemophiliac from it.
