I know that all of you who are taking fenugreek take it for breast growth but I also read that it helps with hair regrowth. I have no problem with any hair loss but I would love to have fuller and healthier hair. I wanted to see if any of you ladies who have been taking FG for months have seen any changes in fuller healthier and even curlier hair?
i have had some hair growth and thickness, however i also take fo-ti. I didn;t notice the hair growth with just the FG but maybe i did have hair growth.....i took it for a month before i started the fo-ti, so maybe i did have hair growth with just the FG...hmmmmmmmm- any one else?
I remember reading that too. Wonder how she is doing now? :) But I was thinking more like taking it in. Massaging my head everyday would be too complicated. Thanks for responding ladies. Hope to hear more, I know there are many more girls who took or taking FG.
I'm not sure if it was the fenugreek, but I believe that saw palmetto will help w hair loss. You do have to keep an eye on your weight and possible cellulite though. dry brushing and exercise helps w that..
When i took FG bac in dec, i didn't see any funky hair growth, like on my chest. In feb i started taking fo-ti and saw hair on my head grow and get thicker, and the hair on my legs grew faster. Since i have been taking fg, msm, fo-ti, wild yam, EPO,and multi vit since the middle of june i have just noticed hair gorwth on my chest, around my boobs but not the normal hair here and there around the nipple. Not sure what this is caused by. Don't think it's the FG cuz i have pretty much been taking thuis since dec. anyone?????

Hey! I first noticed the hair thing when I took the seeds directly, and then noticed it a second time now that I'm using powder.
I don't know about the hair on my head, it's always been as straight as glue dropping from a high distance, and I have also always had thick hair.
I've only noticed more hair:
- on the sides of my forehead, the part between the hairline and my eyebrows almost touch with fine hair that darkens and thickens as it approaches either normal group of hair.
- one very long hair i discovered once under my chin. It hasn't grown back since I removed it.
- Longer hairs right below my lower lip.
- I have to remove my mustache now with cream, and it grows back faster and darker.
- More noticeable hair near my jaw.
...You could say I'm getting the musketeer type of beard.
Not good.
But oh so worth it.
