OK so I'm doing my massages and on my goodness, A steam of milk goes torpedoing across the room. My youngest is 2 I thought that the milk dried up long ago.
I'm still in a little shock anyways I thought that I would share.
I'm new to NBE-- just started a week or two ago after finding this forum and since I recently stopped nursing my son, this is a fear of mine. I figure if I'm just inducing lactation won't get any growth. Hope I'm wrong...
I just went to my gyn and she got some milk out during my breast exam, (my youngest is 2 as well) and she said that if I still was in another yr or so, she'd check my prolactin levels, but that it's normal for some women to lactate for the rest of their lives... maybe we're part of that group.
Thats why Ive been a little concerned with too much massage in my routine, bc I dont want to stimulate more milk and think that I grew.
