So I actually found PM in the VitaminShoppe. It is caled Solgar PM Phytogen Complex. It says that each pill is 80 mg of PM root extract. Does anyone with PM experience think that this would be helpful at all with NBE? It seems like it isnt enough, but I am not really sure.
