My stats:
22
I have PMS symptoms.
maybe I have abnormal estrogen.
I've used Vitex for 2 months and it has resolved my PMS symptoms quite well.
My 2 periods during these 2 months are shorter, just 3 days. it used to be 5-7 days before.
This is my question:
If I have a good result with Vitex, should I try Progesterone cream (I tend to use Life-flo Progesta cream)?
Can Vitex activate receptors... like Progesterone cream?
I'm very eager to use Wonder up. should I use Vitex and WU at the same time? or should I continue with Vitex for a couple of months and start Wu later?

Hi Mrshuy,
I am glad to hear your vitex has resolved your PMS problems. It would seem wise for you to continue with vitex for a couple of more months at least.
At your age, your estrogen imbalance may be a temporary thing. If using vitex is helping your body create more progesterone and if you have done some things to lower your exposure to harmful artificial estrogens (found in plastics, pesticides, artificial hormones fed to animals, etc.) in your environment then you may remain balanced even when you stop the vitex.
Progesterone cream is not necessary if your body can create enough progesterone on its own. I think using vitex for 4 to 6 months would be a good idea then stopping and see if your estrogen dominance symptoms reoccur.
Progesterone will activate your estrogen receptors whether your body creates it as a result of using vitex or whether you use progesterone cream. So right now you are already getting all the benefits of progesterone.
A good plan would be to continue with vitex then after you stop you can use WU. Using it right now would be a waste because vitex lowers prolactin and WU has fenugreek that works by raising your prolactin.
Right now your NBE could focus on massage and foods.
