Hi!

I was wondering if anybody else has experienced soar throat, unclear voice and hair loss from only 160 mg saw palmetto extract a day? I used this for 1,5 month, but had to stop because my throat got worse and worse. I found this strange on such a low dose. I also took 800 mg vitex a day. Now it is some weeks since I stopped and it still hurts a bit to swallow and I see that my right tonsil has a swelling or bump on the top..
I was sunbathing a lot in this period and wonder if that has anything to do with it? I mean to have read that you should'nt sunbathe when you are on estrogenis herbs, but ca'nt find it again.

i didn't know you weren't suppose to sunbathe while taking estrogenic herbs? What is the reason? If this is true i have royally gone against the rules this summer.....I will have to research the threads and see if i can find it, cuz bow i'm curious. i will pass it on if i do...laisegirl
