Im a 19 year old girl and im a 34B and i would really like maybe a 34D if its possible or a 34C and there is so much information on this site that i dont know how to put itall together in a everyday plan for me so i was wondering if someone could tell me like maybe what they do and how it worked for them or maybed a plan that they know that worked. i was also wondering about foods that i could eat to stimulate growth if there are any and if i go out to eat would there be foods that would help me that i should order? (if i make any sense lol)
