Im a 19 year old girl and im a 34B and i would really like maybe a 34D if its possible or a 34C and there is so much information on this site that i dont know how to put itall together in a everyday plan for me so i was wondering if someone could tell me like maybe what they do and how it worked for them or maybed a plan that they know that worked. i was also wondering about foods that i could eat to stimulate growth if there are any and if i go out to eat would there be foods that would help me that i should order? (if i make any sense lol)

Welcome to the forum! All those questions are already answered in detail in this forum. Just do some searches. Every woman's body is different so there's no way someone can tell you what will work for you.... you need to figure it out and the information on this site will help you.
For myself I'm trying out PM and doing massage with olive oil/sweet almond oil/PM extract. I have not yet had growth but I just started this routine.
