I just received my wonderup in the mail! I'm excited!
But I've heard people talking on here that now is not a good time to start a program.... (but i reeallly want to) SO i want to know if anyone is starting Wonderup soon (like me)/ if anyone recently started/ or if anyone had success-failure during certain months?
grace - we should compare our progress in the next couple months!
i just got my first bottle in the mail today too!! after reading this message board for a couple weeks, i finally caved and order one months supply of wonderup. I am super nervous, and really hope this works for me. i am a 32b / 5ft / 94 lbs - i just really hope this doesn't make me gain weight in other places too. :-/
I've been taking it for 5 months and have been seeing success. I think you need to use it for at least a few months before you start seeing results. I don't think 1 month is enough!
I have been on it for over a month and so far I have felt lots of pain.. until the last week... nothing. but i think my boobs have grown. a tiny bit fuller?
What are all you wonderup girls' massage routines??
I hardly have one and I think thats a big issue for me.

Oh no! I feel sorry for you! What are you going to do?
Hi, remember pain comes and goes with your cycle the fact that you have experienced pain is very good!
Im on wonderup but dont really do any spacific massage just 10 mins before bed with pm cream, and i pretty much do anything i want! :)
so i just started the wonderup pills, and i have been having headaches, tummy aches, and i feel nauseous, no weird feelings on the breasts yet. is that normal? has anyone else had that before?

hi, it may take your body a while to adjust. I know i had dizziness when i first started which soon went, you might want to lower the dose see if that helps then higher it again when you feel better?
And as for side effects--
Jane, I had severe headaches, cramps, and just general stomach pain when I first started. But I just pushed through... I know a lot of people lower their dosage, but I decided not too. I just take aspirin if it ever gets too bad. and i didnt feel anything in my boobs until a week or two had passed I think. Don't worry, I think you're body just has to get used to it.
I really think my breasts are getting bigger. slowly but surely!!!
Millani--
Do you think massage has been a key thing to the success in your program? And do you think the pm cream is effective so far?

Initial headaches or dizziness is simply due to the detox effects of the herbs in Wonderup. It's nothing to worry about. Your body should detox in a few days and then these symptoms will pass.

Stomach cramps and nausea can be a side effect of the herbs apparently. Have a look at this site, where you can search by the individual herbs in Wonderup - it gives the side effects.
hi, yes i do think that the massage is quite important and i have been quite consistant in doing it every day. So far i am feeling quite positive about the PM cream as i have had alot of tenderness especially in the top outer edges (near the armpit). So yes if you can massage!
