yeah that comment suprised me abit too, seems harsh.....obviously she doesnt mind people knowing who she is and its kinda up to her if she wants to show her pic or not.

I just bought my msm from my local natural health store. The brand is LifeTime like the movie channel. LOL. I bought it in powder form though. I heard that powder or liquid is more efficient than the tablets because it's absorbed directly into the blood stream after consumption. The tablets sit in your stomach for a while before they're even digested and absorbed, and sometimes your stomach acid dissolves it before your body can even get anything out of it. I'm starting tomorrow (((so excited :P )))
