Hi again I decided to :
1. stop coffee - my only vice
2. do juice fasting for 3-5 days and at the same time to procedures and take suplements to cleanse the liver by drinking olive oil and apple juice.
After the fast I plan to resume eating high protein low calorie diet and add some supplements that would help BE.
My goal is weight loss without breast tissue loss. Does this sound like a good idea?
Losing weight -- especially quickly -- during or after NBE is usually not recommended. Not saying it's definitely not a good idea, but all the sources I've encountered discourage it.
I've used Dr. Clarks liver cleanse for about 3 years now. It's not pleasant but it's quick. I just started NBE, so was thrilled to hear that many on here say liver cleanse is important. I can vouch for that. when the liver slows down and you have excess estrogen it can lead to some ugly things such gallbladder problems, which is how I was introduced to this cleanse. I was overloaded with estrogen and was having terrible gallbladder attacks. I wanted to see all my options before letting the doctors take it out, and found this method. I was an instant relief and not only stopped the attacks but cleared up my psoriasis on my knees and arms which was also another sign my liver was functioning as it should. It was later that i learned that my estrogen was also connected to how my liver had been functioning.
Anyway, I do reccomend doing it. It's only 24 hours out of your NBE program, it's quick and very effective. Just be warned it taste very very bad but for me was worth it. you can learn more info on www.curezone. just look for the liver cleanse forum. Nice people there and very helpful.
by the way much to the amazement of my doctors, I still have my gallbladder and I don't have attacks anymore. I got my estrogen more balanced out with progesterone cream and here I am. I will be closely monitoring both things while trying out NBE for sure, but at least I will notice quickly if something is going haywire, since I've been down that road before.
