Has anyone else experienced terrible p.m.s. while using herbs for NBE? I am on Wild Yam, Fennel and Fenugreek and I am due next week and my family can't stand my moods. I haven't been this cranky in years.

As a start, try a gram of borage oil every night at bedtime. Also get a good multivitamin from a health food store that contains a good B complex.

If you are getting headaches, get something like chocolate that will raise your blood sugar.
