Since form 2 i have body acne problem. I have acne mostly on my back and some in front of my chest .
While my face acne , I'm using clinique..
I'm 19 years old now.
I went to see a skin specialist doc recently.
I'm taking "NIMEGEN" ( Isotretinoin 10mg ) medicine and applying some cream.
The doc said i have to take about 4 months for the medicine.

So, If now i start to take those herbs like funugreek , saw palmetto ...
Will These herbs n the acne medicine that i had started to take affect anything?
I mean can i take all these things at once?

Or i should wait until all my acne fully recover n stop taking the "NIMEGEN" medicine only i starts to focus on my breast?

Or while taking the "NIMEGEN" medicine , i can start on massaging my breast first . Aft my acne problem goes away then only i starts to take herbs?

I'm new here. I haven't started to do anything abt my breast yet. I'm reading up all those info abt NBE n really wanted to start to do something abt my breast but... Now I'm confuse n worry abt those medicine n my body acne...

Can anyone give me some advice on what should i do please?

Thanks a lot.

Hi Wind,

Here is just about everything you would want to know about Isotretinoin:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isotretinoin

Since this drug seems to act like a high dosage of Vitamin A, I would say it will not interfere with your NBE start. The effect of this drug does not seem to raise or lower hormone levels and none of the side effects seem to indicate hormonal based problems. There are several side effects listed in that wikipedia reference, so for your own safety I would read it.

Best wishes,
