Since Tigerlilly's program produced results by itself and since wonderup produced results by itself I would say that your plan could work.

Now as to whether it will work for you personally, that remains to be seen. Each person can have a very different response to a program and what has worked for another person may or may not work for someone else.

But as a plan, your idea to use both things sounds good.
