i just bought 100mg of fenugreek ground powder for 69p! where as the fenugreek caps are £9.00 every little helps, right? :P instead of taking 4 to 5 caps daily through out the day.
would a tablespoon of fenugreek in with hot water, lemon and honey have you same benefits? and drinking this twice a day or maybe 3 times?

I'm sorry, I don't know what the conversion is from ground fenugreek to dried and powdered fenugreek, so it's hard to know how much you're really taking.
