Hey y'all! It's been a while since I stopped by but I had to come and update you! I started NBE really simple.. first with 1000mg of fennel and some extra B complex, then I added 1000 mg of PM. I've cut out the fennel now and am just taking the PM, 1 5oomg pill 2x a day since the beginning of September, basically...
Anyway, lately, like in the past week, I've noticed that I look fuller. I have the breastfeeder's small boobs, flat at the top and teardropped, full at the bottom. My left has always been slightly fuller than my right. Last week I was showering and realized that my left boob seems to be filling out more! And both of them feel heavy and achy/tingly. I thought it was just my imagination, but my youngest always roughly grabs me for hugs at bedtime and since last week, I've had to grab him and keep him away from the ladies because they are sore to the touch!
So I'm very excited... I'm not someone who gets tender before my period or during my period (which isn't due for another week or so anyway). Nor do I grow during that time and shrink later. I haven't taken new measurements because I don't want to jinx myself, but you can be sure I'll be ordering more PM!!! :)
I went to my personal pages and realize that I've been on the PM for a whole month exactly today. :)
I'm definitely going to keep it up, just haven't decided if I'm going to add the fennel back in or not. The fennel seemed to help a lot with PMS symptoms and bloating and I've also read it's good for cellulite, which is something I have a problem with... but I've had a lot more acne lately and I'm worried I have too much estrogen happening. I'm pretty balanced naturally, so I want to ramp up JUST enough to get the boobies growing without edging myself into the symptoms I have when there's too much (bad skin and depression/mood swings).
My question is... anyone know of a not too expensive source of PM here in the states? The first batch I ordered from someone who ships from thailand. The cost is great, but I'm very impatient to wait for it to come and we had so much confusion with the postal service that it took almost 6 weeks for me to receive it. I'd be willing to pay a little more to be able to order it and receive it sooner.
I've brought my PM from a woman on ebay--Deborah--who goes by the name of 'hoodiatrust'. She sells both St. Herb and another brand called Siriporn (makers of Ro-Bust cream and the Farmed Cultivar Premium PM). I think the St Herb is still shipped from Thailand, but she sells it cheaper. The other brand is US-made though, so it's shipped within the country.
I'll check for that seller... I just googled a few options but I notice that their mg dosage is lower than what I'm taking... my pills are 500mg each and I got a 100 of them for around $10 with shipping. Like I said, I don't mind paying more to receive it sooner, but I don't want to spend lots more to find I run through it much quicker because I have to take more pills to achieve the right dosage.
Are you taking the PM from Best Deal Thai Goods? Just curious. Your original post sounds like I could have written it, although I've been trying to figure out if I'm actually growing or if it's all in my head!
I also just purchased the RoBust cream/Blossom-S soap combo through Siriporn, and it should be shipped the 25th. I can't wait!
i am new to the board and i am trying to research before buying something. i wanted to check with you if the PM has made you gain weight in other areas besides your breasts too, and if it's made you breakout on your face? I know Necole mentioned acne, but I wasn't sure if that was before the PM or after you started taking it.
Also, what brand did you order from thailand? i've been looking at tons online, but i can't figure out which are good and which ones are no good.
I am no longer taking PM. Sorry I should've clarified. I just got tired of guessing when my period would come lol. I also stopped since I was no longer responding to the PM after my 3rd month or so. And I used it for a total of 6. Looking back now, I believe the goat's rue was what was supporting my growth. I only managed another 1/4" or so after I stopped the GR and just used PM alone. So I'll be adding it again on my new routine, especially with the growing season coming to a close.
Anyhow, didn't mean to tell a story but good luck with your program.
True Pm and the period thing is so annoying and i was on 200 mg only my last cycle.Took it for 15 days and started my new cycle with 400mg but with NO PERIOD till now!!This is getting frustrating..
Sandy...yes, yes, yes! Lol it does get really frustrating, doesn't it? And from the looks of it, you used the Siriporn PM right? Yeah, it's funny how even low doses of PM can affect your period. At least with Siriporn's PM my period wasn't heavy like it was on St. Herb's and I didn't have the killer cramps. XD

Yes Shyboobs i am on Siriporn..But really NO Period!!!LOL..I am wondering what will happen to me in the next time i should get it after taking 400 mg of PM..That would be interesting!LOL the things we do to get those boobs.Hopefully at some point i get some growth..Till now i get just some swelling here and there and i recently added maca :)
