this site is great! it's a bit overwhelming though for me, as I'm just looking into NBE for the first time. I'm worried about trying pills or herb combinations because I have a lot of stomach problems - I can't even tolerate a normal vitamin or calcium supplement. So my question is, has anyone gotten results solely from using a breast cream? and if so, which would you recommend?

also, with the pills or cream, does your breast increase go away after you stop using them, or is it permanent?

Yes i know it can be confusing. Im not sure if cream alone can cause growth i think cream is better for firming and lifting the breasts and maybe slight fullness from the massage can be gained. If you want to use a method without herbs why not try suction,you could maybe try noogleberry which is very cheap and see how you respond :) or you could just try boobie foods and massage together, i think this is more likely to work than just massage with cream.
