Collagen article question

I know this is not exactly related but I know the people that are in here are pretty knowledgable. I came across this article:

http://www.articlesbase.com/skin-care-articles/the-best-collagen-firming-lotions-dont-contain-what-you-think-1181470.html

which then brought me to another page:

http://www.healthy-skin-site.info/

and then the actual site:

http://myomegamd.xtend-life.com/skincare/Overview.aspx?id=1000192

It tells how these certain ingredients help produce collagen. I'm curious if anyone knows if it is true or a scam. It sounds so promising but I haven't been able to find anything else on it.

I found this article when I was researching the new Dermasilk anti-aging supplements. I actually read from several people that they didn't work. I'm hoping to find some supplements that will help my skin and not interfere with the other things I'm trying to achieve. (suggestions?!)

Supplements currently taking:

Grape seed (for skin)
Biotin (for hair)
MSM (BE)
Vit C
Multivitamin

Thanks,
Heather

Re: Collagen article question

I'm really interested in that seaweed, Phytessence Wakame. If it helps with internal hylauronic acid, that would be very beneficial. I take hyaluronic acid daily, it works miracles to plump skin, and my skin is never dry. If I miss 2 days in a row, it's very noticable. Anyway, I searched on this seaweed, and can't find it in a supplement form. Alot of the articles on it were the same ones over and over in a different format. Does anyone here have any knowledge of it, in cream or pill form? Thanks.
