I was thinking about taking green tea supplement to increase my metabolism to help drop this extra 5 pds i gained since being laid off. i am also slowly getting back into my exercise routine and eating better( my man LOVES pasta, as do i and hard not to eat it when its in my face). I just want the metabolism booster to kick it all off. Will it act the same as a fat burner?(don't want to do that again..lost boobs i DIDN'T have when i took it back in feb) Will green tea supplement inhibit NBE?????
