Hi!!


Has anyone noticed that their face is getting fattier because of NBE herbs? especially in the jaw area??

Can estrogen cause fat to deposit on the lower face??

Curious to hear if anyone has noticed changes in their face or knows if does happen..

I think my face looks a little fuller/more youthful than it did, maybe. I'm not taking tons of herbs, though.

that's funny that you mention it b/c now that i think of it my face is definitely fuller. a friend mentioned it to me last week and i didn't think anything of it. i kind of like it b/c it makes me look more youthful. i'm 37 and was starting to get that "skinny, kind of gaunt" look that women get as they get older. i also noticed that it's made my lips a tiny bit more... puffier? don't want to say larger but it just looks more puffed out.

another thing i noticed is that i'm getting more attention from guys. don't know how this is but i've definitely noticed this too!

Peony: That's awesome... I'm only 18 yet have a 'gaunt' face - this is how I've always looked. when I was only 4 years old I had a face that made me look 7 or 8. people tell me now that I should model. But I always have envied the 'youthful' look seeing as I have been underweight my entire life! Maybe the estrogen in my birth control pills will fill out my face, too. Or if not that, my remaining years of puberty, lol. :P

Ditto. My face is a lil fuller than what it used to be. But I didn't really notice till I compared an old driver's license with my new one I got this month. Hmm, I guess it's not bad but I thought my face was fine before. Certainly would keep any fine lines at bay! XD

There was an episode of Dr. House where he discovered a girl had pituitary gland problems because she had "a great ass and no boobs", but then I don't remember the other thing he said she should take.

This is me.

Another thing that totally sounds like me is this chubby face thing, even though I'm bordering on being underweight, when I smile my face gets so distorted from all the rolls of fat I have there.

So if it is true that excess estrogen makes you get a chubby face, and I've always had these characteristics, what does it me? Is there any type of doctor I can go to about this? Without having him laugh at me, preferably.
