      My suggestion is to forget about getting anything back from Norton they don't even honor their rebate programs so you have no chance of getting a refund.
      I bought a Norton Program last year with a $50 rebate and having spent $25 in resending the information three time I gave up.
      I wish you luck in your endeavor.
