I helped a lot of them get started awhile back, before the Canadian forum opened. The reason they are getting high velocities with less pumping is because of custom metal pistons (one of Mikhails old mods) and longer barrels. I've yet to get around to making a metal piston (I'm too busy doing valve jobs for everyone), and I'm still using the stock 10" barrel (I like it short), but still manage to get 725 fps. If I had a steel piston and 24" barrel, I could probably hit 850 fps easy with 20 pumps. I'm definitely in the market for a metal piston though. If you could find a way of securing me one of those brass ones, I'll give you a free mod and tune job. Peace out.
