Hi Jane, on your other post I was one of those who asked you what your pony's breeding is. By coincidence my Merlin's sire is Sturtmoor Mr. D'arcy and his grand-sire is Mockbeggar Safari too.
have a nosey at www.allpedigree.com there are TON's of NF ponies on there, if you search for the sire/dam of your lad you can add your pony onto the pedigree, and low and behold you'll likely go back a lot further.
