my 2 year old nf pony is standing at 14 1/2 hh at the mo and is bum high i was told he will make 14.2 but i thought they didnt stop growin until they are bout 4/5 yrs old is this correct

i think if they are fed well from a young age they tend to reach full height earlier (but not maturity), i know there is someone on here with a nf 13.3 as a 3yo which didnt grow anymore after that. it totally depends on the individual. i have a tb mare who was 16.1 as a 4yo and is now 16.3 at 6 and still looks very leggy so you cant really expect them to go by any rules, hoping she wont grow any more!
