I wonder if anyone can help, my daughter is hoping to ride in the NF point to point in 2009 but will need to register her loan pony first. All we know from the owners is that the pony was bought as a foal off the forest from somewhere near Linwood (Red Shute area) in 1997 from a lady called Annie who had 2 foals for sale that year. Apparently Annie has a tearooms or something similar and is quite well known. If you think you may know who I am talking about or have any information that might help, please get in touch!

the most well known tea rooms i know of are burley tea rooms it may be worth giving them a shot.

I think that may be Acres Down tearooms. They may not be open at the moment but they live there so it might be worth popping a note through the door. Acres Down is off of the Emery Down road as you come out of Lyndhurst, take the turning off the A35 signed Emery Down. The tea rooms are on the left after about 1 1/2 miles, there is a little sign on a tree. Hope this is the lady you're after, good luck.
