Willoway Bright Eyes has only had 3 foals: Frith in 1994, Hurtstock Victory Day (full brother) in 1995 and Hurtstock Bright Light (filly) by Farriers New Flame in 2002.

I suggest you write letters to the current owners and send them to the Breed Society asking them to forward them to the right people (put stamps on the envelopes!)
