That would be totally dependant on height and build!

my 3 yr ols is quite chunky and between 13.2-14hh and he's 460kg.
sounds alot but vet said he is a good weight.not to fat good for this time of year.
and as he is young his/her's weight will be up and down due to growing.

Is that a weightbridge weight or weightape measurement?

Homey (fat 14h 6yr forester) is about 425 on the weight tape ideally I like him to be 400 or below.

Charlie - 14.2hh, 9 yr old lightweight forester..........like to have him under the 400kg mark!

Unfortunately i didn't keep records of my youngsters weights from when they were 2 yr olds sad.gif

Mine is a fully grown but same height and is currently about 360kgs on the weightape, she should be about this I believe. So maybe a baby about 320 to 340? I don't know? How does he look? You could post a picture?

Eli, I think he looks great - nice and healthy happy.gif Not 'show condition', which would be a bit fatter, but a good healthy weight, which is probably a little bit less strain on those young, still-developing joints happy.gif

But then that's just my opinion happy.gif

I think he looks absolutely fine, though he could get away with putting on weight without it being a problem. But if he were mine I would keep him where he is - I like my ponies on the slim side though
