Hi - I am a new member of Canadian origin. Inherited a farm from an elderly aunt in the UK and 2 New Forest ponies came with it. Unfortunately, they don't have papers although Aunty always said they were well-bred. The Society are unable to assist. Both bay in color. I also have two daughters and two between three is not working too well.

So next year we will look for another New Forest pony - but will ensure that it is properly registered.

It has been very interesting reading through this and we are enjoying this forum very much and looking forward to meeting some of you when we come down to the Forest.

Hi!

So are you actually living over here now? Sounds a rather lovely thing to happen (not the relative dying bit!) Bit like a storybook!!!

Yes, here permanently now. Most of our family are in the UK and we were going to come here eventually anyway, for the girls' education. Circumstances just happened this way. And its warmer in the UK.
