How furry are your foresters?

My goodness Homey is all ready for winter - he is so furry - especially on his bottom. His armpits are not too bad yet but they get madly hairy and his face it is like a werewolf!

He is so hot with his winter fur that I am only riding him in walk on hacks in the shade of the wood and he is still sweating (though there are some big hills for him to negociate).

Who else has a forester that turns into a mammouth or a werepony!

I am getting the clipping lady out soon I think so he can have his little chaser clip!

It's been really cold at night already here, so thunder is starting to fluff up a bit, but he never gets really furry in honesty. He'll be part stabled this winter too so I expect he'll be a warm boy overnight come the end of october! lol

ours are furring up too. Lola and Frankie are like a fluff balls, Ru bless him is breaking out in a sweat without having to do much... he was supposed to be clipped this weekend as Lea had XC training next weekend.... it didnt happen so he is going to suffer :/ we also have a light weight on him at night to try and stop him getting too furry its working as he isnt half as bad as the other 2
