It is well known that Eastwood likes to film using only one or two takes per scene. Hilary Swank says he doesn't like wasting time because wasting time is wasting money.

He doesn't say "action" either. He say "Ohhkkaaaay, whenever you're ready". and when it's time to end the scene he says "Ohhkaaay, that's enough of that".
