Hello there Anne. Yes I remember you. I'm still running with that shoe!

You realize that was a decade ago? I got on BAN in 99.

This site has stalled out mainly due to lack of advertising. It takes a lot of time and work to keep it up front online, and we all seem to be off and running in whatever special shoes we wear these days.

I decided to go back to school again a couple years ago. Just finishing up the program now and on to clinicals. My youngest is graduating high school this year. Life has changed and is kind of perpetually 'odd'. No more marriage. No more house. No more raising kids. Lots of hot flashes. HA! Going in such a new direction. I'm so far out of my comfort zone that I've become zone-less. Not sure where I'll be next year with no particular ties anywhere. I'll follow the job. Hope to live lighter and travel more when I can.

Still talk to Bartholomew. Still in touch with a handful of the BAN people.

To answer your question, these days I'm getting support from the Daughters of the American Revolution. Don't knock'm 'till you've tried'm. They're a terrific group of old glaggies. And some of'm have been around the old block a few times.

MM did you get a good juicer? I never got a decent one. The decent ones seem to all be taken.

I got a dandy little Breville for 90 bucks!!! It is easy to use and clean. And boy howdy is carrot/apple/parsley juice good!!! I mean, no way do I like straight parsley, but mixed- damn!

And you should see what it does for the teeth- or tooths.

Guess what? I'm doing a radio performance of "A Christmas Carol" I will be reading several roles, including Tiny Tim- what a hoot. I keep thinking diminutive.

I am so delighted to see you are there! Once in a while (maybe once a year) I drop in. The login isn't intuitive so I give up when I can't sign in...this time I kept at it. I have a few logins so it's frustrating.

Rose, my youngest is 18 this year, too. I went back to school & got my accounting degree. Still with my husband but I'm neurotic. I should have left...maybe. Life is wierd.

Going back to school was the best thing for my self esteen I could have done. What are you doing your clinicals in?

I don't doubt that BAN saved my life...emotionally, if not literally. I LIVED in that web site for a long time. Then finally I just had to distance myself from all of that pain, but I missed you all.

I'm in Delaware now; when I first found BAN I was in CA. Are you still in Minn? MizM, are you still in OR? I was in PDX in March. Let me know how how get in touch with you and I'll look you up the next time I'm through.
