I agree heartedly on your thoughts about moderating. I HATE having to come down on people, which is why I was hesitant to be a moderator when you first started Arrow.

Then when Tom took over, he needed help and I volunteered. When I discovered that no one really had my back, I stopped moderating. That and time constraints as well.

Now that I'm going to moderate again, here, I'd rather not have to do it. I EXPECT everyone else to hold me accountable and slap MY wrist if/when I need it. GT could always give me a pankin' too, I kind of like those...

Here's an idea. I THINK I have the rules/policies/tips done at this point. Should I maybe post them here and get feedback from the public?
