Not sure how the chat works...how do I know if someone is chatting and how do you join a discussion? It says "restricted" sometimes, and I am not sure what that means either. Thanks in advance, maybe this is posted somewhere but I can't find it so far.

Judy, the Open chat room says "Restricted" if you're not logged in. Once you log in, you will see in that same area a list of who is in chat. From there, just click on the Open chat button.
